Recruitment
Avēsis recruits and retains healthcare providers based on
provider interest and patient recommendations. Often, we will reach
out to our members’ choices, but it’s easy—and beneficial—for you to
start the process yourself.
How to Apply

in touch with you shortly. You’ll need a few things for the application and credentialing process:

Licensure (current)

Diagnostic Pharmaceutical Agent Certification and/or Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agent

Drug Enforcement Agency license (if applicable)

Diagnostic Pharmaceutical Agent Certification and/or Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agent Certification, whichever is applicable
In order to meet our credentialing requirements, you must have a valid
license with no pending quality of care complaints.
