PLEASE NOTE: Our securities have changed within our new portal. If your current username and/or password do not meet the new security requirements, you will be alerted to change them. Currently, you will still be able to access our enhanced web portal using your existing username and password. However, we will be changing this from an alert to an error at a later date and lockout will occur. Please take the time now to update your username and/or password to meet our current criteria to avoid future interruptions to accessing the Avesis web portal!

ALERT: When logging in for the first time, only, Avesis vision providers must create a new username and password. Click here to register, or see our FAQs for more information.

Avesis has replaced the TIN & PIN combination, which providers have been using to log into the system,  with a username and password. In order to implement our enhanced security measures, your initial user experience will include an extra step, but it’s one that is necessary.

Please review the Provider Portal FAQs before you begin.  To begin, click “Sign In.” You will log in with your TIN & PIN to make the changes. And just as you do now, if you have more than one location, you will need to create a unique username for each.
