Avesis is looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES for our Phoenix, AZ location.
Avesis is a growing vision care company looking for hard working,
dedicated professionals to work in our customer service call center.
Customer service representatives are responsible for Claim Research
and Provider referrals. You will be responsible for finding effective
resolutions to problems. Customer service representatives receive
approximately 100 to 120 inbound calls a day.
Skills/Requirements
- Up beat positive attitude required
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills required
- At least 2 years Customer Service experience
- Background in Medical / Optical helpful but not required
- Computer skills a must
- Must be Motivated with Strong Work Ethics
- Computer skills a must
- BILINGUAL in Spanish is a PLUS
This is an hourly, full time position working Monday through Friday.
