Introducing a NEW Avesis website

Many new and exciting things are happening at Avesis. Even in an economic downturn, the Avesis organization remains steady and has even sustained an increase in market share during the past couple of years. With dynamic growth comes necessary change. One change that we are very excited to announce is the upcoming launch of a newly designed website packed with even more information and intuitive tools to help make the Avesis experience a pleasant one for each of the audiences we serve.

We are still developing content and finalizing some of our new cutting edge tools, but will be deploying these items to our user community as soon as possible. We are confident that users of avesis.com will find the new site a dramatic improvement over the previous one, as much consideration has been given to the new structure in how it could better serve each of our valued partners.

A New Look and Feel

The current version of the avesis.com website has a history of just over 6 years. Much has changed with the internet since then and avesis.com will be modernized to take full advantage of some of the design trends, dynamic features and navigation technologies that are deployed today. We are proud of these changes and are looking forward to feedback from our user’s experience with the new site.

What you can expect to find:

• A new cleaner interface that allows users to navigate with better direction to the content they are seeking
• A new approach to intuitively grouping content to precisely direct users to the appropriate sections of the site
• Added demos and user guides to help visitors with commonly preformed tasks
• More content to help answer questions and educate our audience on the importance of the Avesis healthcare solutions
• A site wide search function to locate pages and documents specific to a user's request

Goals of the New Site

Other then a fresh, new, streamlined look - Avesis wants to most importantly help each visitor access the information that is specific to their needs quicker and provide a favorable self-serving user experience. A cleaner interface with an emphasis placed on the important details and the user specific portal pages will help facilitate this. Some of the site modifications are global and others are specific to an audience. In either case the new structure will be more inline with what each user's needs to maximize their relationship with Avesis.

The site will continue to evolve over time as we expand upon our user knowledge base, broaden our partnerships and react to feedback from our trusted end-users.

New Portal Technologies

Consider the Avesis website as an integrated environment that contains both general and user specific information for each audience we serve (Members, Brokers, Providers and Benefit Managers). For secure or user specific information and tools, logging in to a dedicated portal within avesis.com is required. We are please to announce that all current portal features will remain intact with many of the previous functions overhauled to include even more flexibility than before. In addition to the legacy functions, new features will be available to further enhance each user’s personal experience in managing their account and/or relationship with Avesis.

Account Login & Registration

In order to access any of the Avesis portal solutions a login is required. The previous avesis.com website did not require a portion of our users to register in advance to obtain access to their portal. Please note this will be a different process in the new environment that will require all users (Members, Brokers, Providers and Benefit Managers) to complete a short registration in order to access their portal accounts.
