Care N' Care Health Plan
As of January 1, 2009, Avesis administers dental benefits to members of Care N' Care Health Plan. Care N' Care members reside in Tarrant, Johnson, and Parker County, Texas.
Effective January 1, 2013, Avesis will also administer dental benefits to Care N’ Care members residing in Dallas, Denton, and Collins County, Texas.
